What an Electrical Switchboard Upgrade Entails
When we come to your home to upgrade an electrical switchboard, we will:
- Isolate the power to the main switchboard so the electrical switchboard upgrade can be completed safely.
- Remove all fuses and replace with new ones, including replacing their enclosure with the latest technology.
- Reconnect all circuit breakers in accordance with AS NZS 3000:2018 protocol and regulations.
- Ensure your Main Earthed Neutral (MEN) is still running accordingly. If not, we will upgrade it. Then we will perform testing to ensure everything is correct so your home is safe and powered correctly.
